Pay for Your Membership: Choose to pay in full or through a flexible installment plan.
Select Your Plat: Choose your deeded land from available plots, based on your membership level and timing.
Plan Your Home: Work with our Property Management team to choose and design your home plan.

- Land Acquisition: Once 50 of the 70 memberships have been secured, we will purchase the property and begin development.
