- Available Memberships: 70 exclusive memberships will be offered.
- Membership Tiers: Choose from Haven Voyager, Haven Guardian, or Haven Legacy levels, each with unique benefits, including deeded land ownership, rental income opportunities, and access to luxury resort amenities.
- Land Acquisition: Once 50 of the 70 memberships have been secured, we will purchase the property and begin development.
- Phase 1 Developmenty - Emergency infrastructure will be established, including shelters, renewable energy systems, and water reclamation.
- A master plan for the resort will be created in partnership with world-renowned architects, Steelman Partners.
- Phase 2 Development: Luxury accommodations, wellness centers, and full rental properties will be constructed, allowing members to begin earning rental income.
